Service Policy

  • Genesis Acting does not make any guarantee that clients will obtain a job or be a successful applicant to a course through its training. Genesis Acting is a training facility helping clients to mature and explore their skills so that they are able to use them however you wish.

  • Seeing changes as a client is contingent upon the personal steps clients take to grow. We provide attentive one-to-one sessions, but each session is like a seed that has to be watered on personal time. For clients to get the most out of their sessions, we expect clients to come well prepared, be focused, be willing to explore and to continue the process of learning and growing in their own private time

Payment and Pricing Policy

  • Payment for any sessions through Genesis Acting must be made before the start of the session.

  • Failure to pay on time or pay the correct amount may result in the termination of your session or you being a client in the future.

  • Prices are subject to change, however there will be at least 7 days notice of any price changes coming up.

Punctuality, Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • Clients can reschedule a session as long as they are not doing so within 2 hours of said session. In this case, unless special exceptions apply, you are unable to reclaim a refund due to short notice of cancellation which affects other clients from being able to take your slot.

  • You are not able to cancel your session if you are doing so within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment.

  • Turning up on time to a session is your, the client’s, responsibility, and you will not be able to go over your allocated time slot.
